Strasburg's changeup today was on a level changeups don't often achieve. He had a 46.9% whiff percentage with it. Only two were put into play, with an average exit velocity under 50 mph. That's unreal.

Nothing from MLB on this (maybe we'll hear something during a "State of the League" thing during the World Series) but it sure seems like a lot of noise about the MLB expanding to Montreal and Portland and realigning the divisions (ie: goodbye AL and NL).
