Mark McMorris just laid down a fine run in snowboard slopestyle.

17 year old American Red Gerard just knocked McMorris into silver medal position. Two riders left.

Parrot's run was remarkably clean, and I thought he was going to edge Gerard because of it, but I guess Gerard's was bigger by just enough.

Chris Mazder with what I have to assume is a surprise silver medal in luge.

Quite a surprise. Especially considering it was a Bronze until Loch got to turn 7 of his final run.

And he was a bobble himself from gold. Such a close grouping in that final. Holy cow. Four runs, 0.026 was the difference.

Awesome to watch. I totally want to do that some day. Looks like so much fun.

I'm no figure skating expert, but I have no idea how that Russian kid scored so high on his free skate program. He looked really sloppy the whole time.

A Russian figure skating athlete getting favorable judging at the Olympics?!? Pfft, that never happens.
