Since I really know nothing about this team, I'm going with big win for the Sooners.

He won't be a QB in the NFL. He is a very good CFB QB in an option offense.

And he isn't really regressing as much as his first year, he had transcendent talent around him. He had Zeke Elliott at RB (best in the NFL right now, 2000 yards from scrimmage and 16 TD's as a rookie), Michael Thomas 90 catches 1100 yards 9 TD's as a rookie. Devin Smith averaged 30 ypc, was the perfect compliment in their offense to take the top off the defense.

OSU had talent at skill positions but nothing like they had.
