Okay... Let's talk about Stanford

Game is on Saturday Night at 7:30 PM EST on NBC.... Stanford has a horrible ass defense, Notre Dame and Stanford have really good offenses... People are saying it could be a close game?

If Notre Dame beats them I would be mind blown but happy because we actually at least beat a rival this season. But it could very well be a blowout.

Stanford just lost to Washington and Washington State... Heading to Rival Notre Dame to take on the Irish.

Notre Dame is just looking to be bowl eligible... they have to win out 4 of the next 6 games to qualify for a bowl.

I think we will get the offensive players Defensive players will be tough until we get our new DC. The good thing about D we can offer early playing time and new system.

You can, but who am I kidding. I always tune in. Even when I tune out in disgust, I end up turning the tv back on.

Happened with ASU a few years ago when we were getting blown out of the stadium. I walked away saying it was over. Then tuned in to see them rally, only to watch it fall apart in the end.

Here's the thing. Stanford hasn't looked great as of late. But they will most definitely have their shit together going against us. It would do wonders for their program recruiting wise to beat us in our own stadium, and in humiliating fashion at that.

Look for the Christian McCaffrey has no road TD's stat to be featured prominently, as he rattles off several of them, and his Heisman campaign gets back on track.

I just think Kelly quit on the team after that last offensive possession. I've seen him lay down before looking for an act of mercy from opponents. Think USC 2011. He stopped trying to get the ball back in exchange for letting Kiffin run out the clock and not score on him again.

I'd say play for pride but I don't see anyone left on the team who has any.

Stanford is no longer ranked either... Sadly this will be an unranked matchup... none of us saw that one coming.

I wouldn't hold out hope for sunny, its a 7:30 start time. I wouldn't hold out for warm either. Its Mid-October in Northern Indiana.

Is he even going to play. I heard he was hurt. Don't know how severe, but injured his hip I think.
