Are these actual "Bowl rings", or are they more about the year as a whole? Because the LSU ring didn't mention much about the bowl game. It had like "SEC Champs", undefeated regular season and stuff on it.

yeah, could be more of a season's worth of highlights, but if they hadn't won the cotton bowl they probably wouldn't have rings just for having a good season.
