Ruslan Zainullin for Marc Savard - That's all you need to know about Craig Button.

Or letting Martin St. Louis walk for nothing?!? NOTHING!!

On the note of the draft this Pontus Aberg kid seems like he has huge offensive upside. I'd like to see the Sens pick him up if they maintain their current draft position.

I just can't see the Sens going for a spineless Swede though.:rolleyes2:

Oh and Nick Ebert at 37 Craig? WTF?

I'd take him in the second round in a New York minute.

Some are saying it might be as good as 2003.

IMO, outside of Yakupov, the guy to watch (might end up better than Yakupov) is Grigorenko. He looks like a mix of Thornton and Malkin.

There are tonnes of good D-men this year. Anywhere in the first round there will probably be a future top 4 available.

The Rodney Dangerfield (RIP) fan in me read the above as Thornton Mellon.

/Great teacher, really seems to care (about what I have no idea)

nice nice.. good draft for the flyers to have a 1st rounder then (first time in what feels like a decade).. and 2 second round picks (these are definitely getting moved, homer HATES the 2nd round for some reason, trades 2nd round picks like they were used jock straps)

my vote is for dalton thrower.. what the hell kind of name is that.. i love it.

although i'm not sure how martin frk gets away without having any vowels in his name.. wtf is that?

There are a lot of good names in this draft. My favorite is D Slater Koekkoek.

At least the Flames had Darryl Sutter come in and set them up for the long term. :car:

Seriously though, there is nothing worse than having that shitty GM. John Muckler's drunken antics made spit my cheerios over the morning paper on more than one occasion.

I don't know exactly what to think of Garth. Maybe he's afraid to make a move? I do think he holds on to players too long.

I guess I should have looked at the time it was posted but when I saw this thread title, I was certain it would be referring to this play that happened earlier tonight. :L
