Jordan Paup another possibility and a WR from out of Arizona might be walking on as well.

As you look at the list my three favorite players in this walk-on class are Cody Liske, Dylan Reynolds and Cole Frahm. Liske and Reynolds are both legit 4.4 guys with good athleticism that could push for playing time at some point in their careers and I fully expect Frahm to redshirt and start at Kicker for Nebraska for four years. Kid has a legit leg.

I said in the other thread I wouldn't be too upset if Paup got a scholarship. Huge walk on.

added Andrew Bunch... also Kade Warner (Kurt Warner's son) is visiting this weekend trying to decide if he is going to Walk-On at Nebraska as a WR.

I think Nebraska has a very good shot at Kade Warner. Would be better if Iowa wasn't in the picture, but since Iowa did not recruit Dad, maybe Iowa isn't high on the list. Not to mention, Nebraska's offense is passer friendly and Iowa is run friendly, and POB and Lee are throwers, no idea what Iowa has.

Since the family is from Iowa, Kurt Warner played at UNI, and I know for a fact that Kurt Warner frequents restaurants in Clinton, Iowa. Kade could have the grandparents and Aunts and Uncles come visit him. At least watch and they can easily road trip to games in the Big Ten West from Cedar Rapids(where Kurt Warner is from).

I like this Kade Warner possibility.

You are from Washington, Iowa? I like the park they have there. Back when I had to drive to Ottumwa and visit John Deere there I drove through Washington. I always wanted to stop at the park but never did. Matter of fact, I don't think I ever stopped in Washington Iowa, I just kept on driving. I hated driving to Ottumwa but John Deere was my customer, so I had to do it.

I also went through Fairfield, Iowa to see if I could ever see any of the Maharishi cultists people floating.

No. He is from Nebraska originally. His family just moved over to Iowa a couple years ago.

In fact, if you look back in Husker history he comes from a long line of Lingenfelters who played for Nebraska. Bob, Burt, Newt (Bob's son), Luke (Burt's son), and now Ben (Burt's son).

Bob played in the NFL. I know all of these folks very well.

I felt that way when my bestest buddy from my teenage years had a son finish as a finalist for the Harlan Hill trophy.

Not much from team Warner about their visit to HuskerNation.

Brenda Warner said "thanks for the great hospitality". If Kade Warner said anything, i couldn't find it in my five minutes of internet sleuthing.

I think they go to Iowa next.

I know of an acquaintance that uses Kurt Warner's rental property in Iowa, and he said he was going to slip some Nebraska stuff into the place.

Just read Kurt Warner's facebook page. Lots of Husker posts, one iowa post, and one jack ass Oklahoma sooner post.

I think it is a two horse race between Nebraska and Iowa. Kade has a lot of family in Iowa.

AZ State, California, and UCLA all are in it. You would think that if Arizona State was really interested they would have offered a scholarship. Heck, the coaches could go see him and his game tapes any time they wanted. Yet, they didn't. Not to mention, Todd Graham isn't exactly a high character coach. Todd Graham is also on the hot seat after back to back losing seasons, and has a horrid defense at ASU.

the PAC 12 teams all had losing seasons in 2016, while Nebraska and Iowa did have winning seasons. Ferentz is a high character coach, as is Riley. California has a new coach. Mora is also on the hot seat.

I think the strongest thing going for Nebraska is Danny Langsdorf in order to get Kade Warner. Kade wants the best fit. He also might see less competition at Iowa, but Iowa is a running team.
