Good balance, yards after contact/ doesn't shy away from it...not sure where these guys fit in. Theyre saying he was a fullback

I was thinking he was sounding more like a FB than a HB.

these are the picks i question, because even if they see something they like, he would be available later. we picked harper when he probably would be available in the 5th. but what do i know?

Another runningback? Spencer Ware...?

Not trying to be "negative" (you know who you are)

But here are his stats at LSU:
2012: 367 yards 3.9 YPC
2011: 707 yards 4.0 YPC
2010: 175 yards 7.3 YPC

Career long run of 35 yards. 4.5 40. Really confused by this one.

But hey! JS and PS couldn't do anything wrong, right?

Now come on sf234, again I have np with anyone questioning a pick, but stating that any pick is a waste before he has a chance to prove that is hogwash.

I am too confused with taking 2 RB's, but this guy can block effectively. Probably a PS player that will be groomed to take MRob's spot next year?

Dear ESPN and NFL Network,

I want to know about these late round guys, not to constantly hear the stories and comments about players you've been talking about for the last 6 months. PLEASE talk about the guys currently getting taken!

kevin ware reminds me A LOT of jacquizz rodgers. i see him as a 3rd down back. his strength is recieving, hes 5'10". he has speed, but has mmore power. not much experience.

You don't want to hear Manti Te'o talk at the Chargers press conference???

Like the Michael pick in the 2nd now that the Hawks got Jesse Williams in the 5th (who I wanted in the 2nd!). I think Michael can work his way to the #2 back behind Lynch, fill his role if Lynch gets hurt, maybe take over for Lynch in a few years. Depth/value pick. We'll see.

Ok, I'm done with the draft, I am not gonna watch the Manti Te'o press conference. I like the guy, but I want to hear about other players for once.

On another Hawks site, guys speculating that Ware drafted to move to FB b/c supposed to be a good blocker and pass catcher.

ok, hawks have 4 picks in this round. I'm done trying to predict what they will take, but I'd like to see then pick up someone on the line or LB.

There's still some good linemen available. I still like the idea of trying to take someone to kick Brady Quinn to the curb. I'd also like to see them take a chance on Lawrence Okoye. I also wouldn't mind a kicker.

They do have a need for a better kicker. Would be nice to find someone who can kick over 40y FG's and bury kick offs in the end zone.

Just out of cureousity, why has Chase Thomas dropped so far. I had been reading he was a third rounder for sure, and here in the seventh, he's still on the board and no one seems inclined to take him.

I would like to see any combination of OG, OT, LB, S, K, with our 4 remaining picks.

275 posts before you have completed your 1st month. I am reminded of a guy that posted on the ESPN boards that had post counts that high, and caused a stir or 2. Maybe it's just me...

They were saying chase thomas is too small to play defensive end and looked lost when he played linebacker
