Which would pretty much kill the brand split again. Will it even make it a year this time???

It wouldn't really kill the brand split, we already have 5 dual-branded PPV's and yet about 95% of the time Raw and SD tv are split and they stay that way. You only have crossover on big shows such as Raw 25 or when SD and Raw are feuding for Survivor Series but most of the time they do stay separate. No reason to think they would kill the brand split since this wouldn't change TV just the PPV's.

Except that's how the death of the split started last time. They did away with single branded PPVs and the next thing you knew wrestlers were challenging for titles that were on the other show and in a short time they were back to wrestlers appearing on both shows with no regard for which show they belonged to. They've proven in the past they have a hard time keeping wrestlers separate without single branded PPVs.

Or they could just hire new writers for Smackdown. When Smackdown went live, I thought it was the better show, now IMO NXT is and Raw are 10 times the show Smackdown and their live shows have become.

Do you people like wrestling? I sure hope so because that's damn well what you're gonna get. WWE just gave us a 2 hour match on Raw and damn was it awesome. Seth Rollins beat Roman and Cena clean and man he looked like a star.

Mandy Rose is way better with Goldust than she is with Absolution. Gender switch the old Goldust/Marlana act, deck her out in all gold and make Goldust her valet.

What did they do with the real Roman Reigns and who was that who cut that promo?

That was solid mic work!

In these days of totally scripted promos, the hardest thing to do is make people believe anything you say anymore.

The Miz is able to be convincing that he is frustrated with his role.

Tonight, Reigns made you believe people are sick of the prima donna treatment the WWE gives Brock Lesnar.

Yea, it's actually a good idea by WWE to have RR cut that promo about Brock, although might not work in the end. They see many booing Rousey because she's a part-timer who's handed a big spot on the card, so why not remind everyone that Brock is getting the same treatment.

Logically, it makes sense to try to knock Brock down a peg with that, but it'll be hard to convert many fans to RR's side and it's largely because those cheering Brock while booing Rousey are being hypocritical.

Rousey is signed full-time to WWE and not a part-timer now that filming for a movie she was doing is over. I didn't see many booing Rousey on Raw so don't know what you're talking about. They were chanting for her. And now that she appears to be in a program against Steph and HHH at WM, she'll continue to get cheers.

They seemed to switch sides during and after RR's Raw promo. If and it's a big IF WWE can continue the momentum started last night it will work. If Brock is leaving after WM and he's yet to sign a new contract or an extension, then it makes sense to take the belt off Brock and make him the heel in the match. We'll see if creative can pull this off. It's off to a good start though.

She's signed full-time, but according to Meltzer her schedule will likely be similar to Brock...
From the WWE Rumor Mill: Ronda Rousey to have a schedule similar to Brock Lesnar?Excerpt

And she got a fair amount of boos at Elimination Chamber, and the mention of her name on numerous TV events led to booing...

I don't know where Meltzer is getting that. She's said in interviews she's all in on WWE. I don't think she can get the same treatment as Brock. Brock's been a huge star in wrestling for a long while now. She's done squat. There is no way she'll get over with Brock's schedule and WWE should know that. Only huge long time stars like Cena and Undertaker can get away with being part-timers. Rousey's no where near that level yet.

Her saying she's "all in" doesn't translate to her saying she's working 300 days a year like everyone else. That could simply just mean she's not going back to mma for all we know, but it hardly means she's going to work every week on Raw, every PPV, and house shows.

Says who? Rousey's such a mainstream star/name that it seems obvious that they'd give her preferential treatment.

I'm not talking about house show, just TV and PPV.

We will have to agree to disagree. She may be mainstream but she's not over enough in wrestling yet that she can afford to skip months and months like Brock and Cena.
