I think they're the only team with a chance to even push Minny for the division. And that only because they have the best QB in football.

Cutting Jordy surprised me. He did poorly because Hundley sucks.

And MN O-line is even worse then GB. That unit grossly over-achieved last year. I expect them to still win it but not impressively. Besides, The Rams and Eagles should steamroll everyone in the NFC so it wont matter who wins the North.

Marcus Peters was the crown Jewel. Rams had the 5th best record last year and jumped all the way to top 4 SB odds! I am not sure how much credit their second best off season move had overall.

If you factor in their QB entering his 3rd year, Suh had just about 0 to do with it.

ESPN's Michael Rothstein considers the Lions a possible landing spot for free agent DT Alan Branch.

Branch played in Matt Patricia's scheme in New England. He hasn’t had any interest since his team option was declined in March, but would give Detroit a veteran replacement for Haloti Ngata. The Lions have also been linked to free agent DT Ricky Jean-Francois.
