The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports the Browns made an offer for Terrelle Pryor at the trade deadline.

The offer was rejected, but it suggests the Browns could reunite with Pryor this offseason. Pryor has been a non-factor in Washington, and is playing behind Josh Doctson in two-wide sets. Signing with Cleveland could give Pryor his best chance to reestablish his 2018 value.

Interesting. I wonder what they were offering. I didn't see anything in the article that alluded to it.

A guy with 8 games left on his contract having a subpar year?! I bet they took something off the sandwich before they made the offer. At best a 6th and I doubt that. Actually if they offered a 6th or 7th I wouldn't have hesitated to take it.

Browns probably wanted him to ensure that they go 0-16 & have the # 1 overall pick.
