Wow. I have to think there is a ~0% chance this happens. I don't want to assume the story is total BS, but the Phillies would basically just be trolling us if they even interviewed RAJ, much less actually hire him. I'm not even saying that he would be necessarily bad at managing- I think managing is a hell of a lot easier than being GM. (FWIW, I don't think he'd be great at it, but even his awfulness at managing would not come close to causing the damage that being a bad GM causes (like Klentak, or himself when he was GM)).

What I am saying is that his stigma is so bad and his name is so hated in Philly that I don't see them hiring him. It'd be like Yoko Ono dating Mark David Chapman a couple years after Lennon's death.

BTW, I wouldn't post this on the Phillies board. Retro is already on the maximum dosage of Lisinopril for his blood pressure- I don't think this would bode well for him and his health.
