Slow start with a couple of INTs has turned into defensive domination and a little relaxing for Browning.

As I post this, already up 27-0 over ASU.

Liking UW's chances already for next Friday. Why? Cause the Cougs no longer have any defense. That was evident earlier today.

Take the win and the 10th one at that and love the adjustments on defense. The offense was horrible though. Jake once again had a bad game and Pettis looked like he did last year with all those drops. The numbers may look decent, but given the defense they were facing and at home it really wasn't that good. It was a few explosive plays here and there surrounded by a lot of failed 3rd down plays and questionable play calling, particularly in the running game through most of that game.

Two games in a row with sub par offense and two games in a row without Tedford in the booth or in the game planning sessions. I'm sure we can all do that math.

Tedford was in the booth for USC. Planning or play calling didn't stand out as an issue. Jake seemed still rattled from USC, at least to start. He missed some throws, and didn't get help when he was close. Execution was the issue.

The run play calling was pretty bad in that first half. The execution problems were more in the passing game.
