I dont think it will stand. They have already stated that this was a reach to hold. They went for it all the NCAA. I dont know why they are going so hard at ND but its ok for USC and SEC schools to cheat all the time. Its crazy.

Let's see: NCAA committee + ND = Fucked over....where have I seen this before....This is way to harsh. ND actually fucking did something about this before the NCAA investigated and actually were happy what ND did. Most schools would have looked the other way and hoped the NCAA would not find out. They suspended, dismissed these kids from the team, school or both. WTF is the NCAA trying to prove?

If I was ND, I'd tell them to fuck off....

This has been going on for a while. I think this was the basis for Kevarae Russell, Davaris Daniels, Ishaq Williams and others being suspended for their junior year(remember that mess). ND notified the NCAA about these violations, and suspended the players involved. ND's position is that they found the violation, suspended the players and got rid of the tutor that was involved. It is my understanding that The NCAA rules have been changed so that now it is up to the schools to address issues regarding cheating. The school that should be nervous about this is North Carolina. They had school employees involved in their cheating scandal.
