I still believe in Howard. Our HC and OC haven't exactly done him any favors with scheme and the front office hasn't done him any favors in terms of play makers on the outside to help open things up.

OLin Kruetz put it as Howard is a back that needs to be lathered up, you do not run him one play and have him watch the next 5 from the sidelines.

We also cannot have a bruising running back with a bad shoulder. The guy was hurt in the Atlanta game. Our linebackers are getting hit so hard they are tearing pecs, so if the back is not bruising, he is just going down.

I'm gathering all the excuses for Howard and plan on writing a book one day. Here's my compilation so far:

* HC hasn't helped Howard at all
*Neither has the OC
*Neither has the front office
*Bad schemes
*No additional playmakers on the outside
*Bad QB
*Short WRs
*Not lathering Howard up more
*Bad shoulder due to Howard hitting our LBs so hard, that even our LBs are getting injured (lmfao)

Even though Cohen made a dumb rookie mistake he showed flashes when he runs. Like i said back in preseason, i like Cohen better than Howard. So far, I've been right.
