Mmm... I think $13M is too much for a guard, but Norwell is a top 5 guard in the league.
I'm sure Fournette is happy. Bortles will still find some way to fuck it up. This will seriously hamstring the team though when those rookie contracts are up. Jags got a potential 2-3 year window now pending how they handle things.
Part of me wants to give them a C grade given the cash... but Norwell is 26..
