Question to everyone not just Nos. Would you rather your team lose in Super Bowl or have the 5th worst record meaning getting the 5th pick in the draft?

Well as a Vikings fan so i've experienced both, no question i'd rather lose in the Super Bowl. 5th worst record probably means like 5 - 11 so that would just suck and like Stoke said it also would depend on what the team had, if we just had a very young team with a good young QB that wouldn't be so bad because I would have hope but if we are using Christian Laettner as our QB and have an aging team then 5 - 11 blows...

Ok I can see this. My Skins seem to blow chances to get to playoffs then when they have been eliminated they start to win which means worse draft picks. I rather getting a top 3 draft pick compared to barely making playoffs then getting killed.

Well, the 2010 & 2011 Seahawks didn’t get great picks, but they led to the Seahawks getting their Suoer Bowl.

Do you think the Cowboys would take another 1 - 15 season if they knew they were gonna win three of the next six Super Bowls?

Yes, anyone would. But would they be thrilled if house 3 Super Bowl plans change into what the Browns have been the last 15-20 years.

Depends did the Raiders Lise this super bowl because the other team used to be their coach. And their current coach never bothered to change the playbook?

Also is Brett Rypien coming out of college next year. Could be the skins next QB?

Old ESPN board question. Who wins a fight between Shaq and Probert?

Can’t remember the posters name. He would try debating reach height etc.....
I got probert 10 out of 10 times. He was vicious

So the bigger guy always wins the fight? That's beyond stupid, most of these NBA guys fight like a kid, put there head back and swing with endless roundhouses while off balance. I was serious when I said Shaq wouldn't last 15 seconds...

I agree the guy was shot his concept was all size related. I don't Shaq lasting 15 seconds either. Experience factors in. Balance and technique play a big role in hockey fights. And like you said its not easy throwing a punch on ice Probert was dropping bombs. Off Ice 15 seconds tops and that may be generous.

The only NBA player nobody wants any smoke with is James Johnson of the Miami Heat. He'll smoke Shaq and Probert in 10 seconds.

He's a second degree black belt in Karate, 7-0 in MMA matches and 20-0 in Kickboxing matches.

Well obviously there's an advantage there. But if you take Probert off skates, he loses a massive amount of his edge too.

It's like Mayweather and McGregor. Tell McGregor he can't kick, take down, or attempt submissions and he loses a massive amount of his edge. Now you put that all back into play and there's no way Mayweather, a world class fighter, lasts 20 seconds with him.

James Johnson would murk Probert in any real fight. It would last as long as Johnson would want it to last.
