No matter how bad Iowa sucks, we can expect 1 win for sure.

Texas fans have pointed out that Nebraska has become Iowa 2.0.
Not sure if they have achieved that status yet.

If Nebraska was Iowa 2.0 they'd still have Bo Pelini.

Bo Pelini went (3-1) against Iowa.
Bo Pelini was fired 2 days after beating Iowa. Let that sink in. That's what beating Iowa amounts to. Beating Iowa can't even save your job.

With 9 or 10 wins every year, Iowa would have extended Bo Pelini's contract through 2035.

How many Top 10 finishes did Pelini have at Nebraska?

Zero. His high finish was #14. However, he never won less than 9 games.

How many losing season's has Ferentz had? 4
How many 6 win season's has Ferentz had? 2
How many 7 win season's has Ferentz had? 4
How many 8 win season's has Ferentz had? 3

Like I said, Pelini was (3-1) against Iowa and would have had contract extensions through 2035 there.

Are Iowa fans trying to make it a rivalry with Nebraska or the other way around?)

Riley 0-2 against Ferentz and Iowa.

With Pellllini, Nebraska always had four Ls.

With Riley we are not quite sure.
2015 it was Rillllllley. Seven Ls.
2016 it was Rilllley. Same as Pellllini. Four Ls.
2017 it might be Rillllllllley, it will be Rillllley for sure. Sitting at Four Ls today.

Eiochorst was fired and now the Moos is Loose in Nebraska.

Iowa settles for mediocrity.

Iowa could be like Nebraska, hire coaches that don't win anything in a few years and fire him and start all over again. Who will want to coach for Nebraska anymore? Even with 9-10 win seasons, you get fired because you don't live up to a legend.

Ferentz has 5 Top 10 finishes and 5x they had 10-win season in last 15 seasons
Nebraska has had 0 Top 10 finishes and 4x they had 10-win season in last 15 seasons

Ferentz has had 3 years with .500 record or worse in last 15 seasons.
Nebraska has had 4 years with .500 record or worse in last 15 seasons.

Translation: Iowa is content with mediocrity and moral victories.

There is little to show for any of that.

Ferentz would not have lasted long at USC, Oklahoma, Alabama, Michigan, Penn St, Ohio St, tejas, etc.

Neither does that last at Nebraska.
