Jays and Mariners tied 1-1 bottom of the 11th. Really hoping the Mariners pull it out. I despise the Jays.
Frankly did not care if the Ms won. Can't stand the BJs.Mariners ahead of Blue Jays in what I would call a " must win" for the Mariners. I think they'd fall too far behind the Jays if they get swept.
There are still 9-10 games left in the season for each team and a lot can change between now and then. We've all witnessed how quickly a red-hot team can go ice cold and vice versa. The Red Sox are unstoppable right now. The last thing I want is to start the playoffs at Fenway or against them. Give me anything but that.

Frankly, I'm not scared of the Sox at all. Their pitching is horrendous outside of Price and Porcello, and those are 2 guys we've always hit well. With the loss of Carrasco and Salazar, I'm not terribly worried about the Indians either.
We certainly have our share of weaknesses and warts, but I feel that way about every playoff team this year in the AL. There should be some good series played.

The Indians don't scare me. I'd be thrilled to start the playoffs against them because I think we would advance and they probably won't make it to the ALCS.
True. We have always had the Indians number. And Elvis rakes against them.

Good lord I just saw the Red Sox are on an 11 game win streak.
Yup and I hope like hell they blow their load and hot streak right before the season ends and go really cold for the playoffs
Seems the teams they are now playing are more concerned about Big Poppies going away gift than winning ball games.Good lord I just saw the Red Sox are on an 11 game win streak.
They have the Yankees and BJs left to play. The Yankees gave up on trying to win . But the BJs have everything to lose.Good lord I just saw the Red Sox are on an 11 game win streak.
