When (and I'm talking WHEN) we get our shot at them, it had better not be a shit show parade like Washington put on. Dear god, I'm comparing Nebraska to Washington.

They could pay him twice what they are now and it'd still be a better deal than what Malzahn's stealing from awwbun as captain of that pile of mediocrity. :noidea:

So we can rest assured that his next 3 loss season his ass is fired? Anti nobody got time to pay someone 11 million to go 10-3.

It's quaranteed money. He can walk without a buyout but they can't fire him without paying so no they won't fire him.

He's a good coach but I think the majority of the reason he got such a raise is that he's one of the best recruiters in the game.

And an already known and penalized recruiting cheater.

He'll fit in superbly at Alabama.

I'm probably in the minority here with this opinion, but Saban is still probably underpaid. I wonder how much more money the University of Alabama makes each season from their football program now, compared to what they made the years prior to his arrival? I'm guessing it is MUCH higher than $12 million a year.
Yep.

My question is: Has his agent ever brought up a portion of the profits? Not just for income, but allocation. Or does he have a say in more than I think already?

Hard to even put a number on his value.

Gotta overlook him, his Nebraska side is sad that it's not 1995 anymore and his LSU side is sad cause Saban flat out owns dat ass.
Also the interwebs is slower in Nebraska so the news hasn't hit there yet.

Stat padding. But it does question, how many season tickets did they have in 200?
I think the better question is, how many national titles from 200 are they still hanging their hat on?
