how is curtis winning this?

He's soft....JK he's before my time and i'm not voting for a guy that i haven't seen really any tape on(May have watched a game or 2 back when NFLclassics was a thing, but don't really remember him standing out aside from the Immaculate Reception. Aw fuck it he's got 4 rings changing my vote

well they are close in yardage, and one was on a winner............its not a homer......ass

Well, there you at least gave a reason why Harris should be over Martin. I don't think the ring should be a huge indicator for RBs. But I am also not that familiar with Harris.

So, after looking at the stats, it is a close one.

I don't really look at rings as the main judge. That says more about the program that they are on instead of the player they are. Actually, that is more credit to Martin as he was put on a far less team that most RBs would bust and Martin succeeded. Franco Harris may have been able to do so, but we don't know because he was on that loaded Steelers team that any RB would have 4 rings with.

But by the stats, Martin was a lot better at gaining yards plus controlled the ball better and Harris was a lot better at scoring TDs. This is a tough one. I will go with Harris. The TDs sold me. He had all those TDs and was more than a red zone back, and still averaged more YPA than Martin.

Curtis Martin
Franco Harris
