If true, every recruiter in mid Atlantic region will be very unhappy. Franklin with PSU resources would be a fucking nightmare for them, especially if LJ sticks, which is said to be up to him from what is being gathered. This guy would be able to go toe to toe with the snake oil salseman in Columbus as well.

just to be clear, I wouldn't expect Franklin on that plane. All they need is a signed contract on it.

Agreed..like LBU said all they need is a signature. Let the guy enjoy the day with his kids and make the news in the morning or Friday. I do love how he tweeted tho and the jokes that have ensued afterwards

Well, it was indeed a PSU plane, Joyner, Erickson and few others. Can't imagine they flew to florida for a few hours for shits and giggles, gotta think they have the contract signed and had agreement in principle before flying down. Its a very good thing PSU brass got off that plane

Interestingly enough I went to Vandys page on here and no one has commented since October. Was really looking to see what the other side thinks, but I guess they aren't that into football

I also checked there site and was surprised no one has posted in over 2 months. Well it is a Vandy page not PSU. Glad he got the offer and now hoping he signs it.

He'll be "offered" when there is a pen in hand and he's signing the deal. Whether that happened last night or not, well, we'll see. Like I said, find it hard to believe Rod's on that flight if its not contract signing.

i think it will be up to LJ, nobody is going to kick him to curb. Assistant HC/DL coach sounds nice. Spencer has coached LB's in past, slide him there for now.
