Nope. A loss tonight followed by a win for Carolina would have them tied for the top spot. Every team in the division is in the 'drivers' seat in the sense that if any of them win out, they win the division.

You do realize the Saints swept Carolina right? In other words even if Carolina win and the Saints lose, the Saints are still 1 game up even though they may have the same record after Sunday.

Panthers need to pick up 2 games on the Saints in the final 5 games. Doesn't seem very realistic.

No doubt - But still, this is a massive game and could go into effect in determining the division.

Clearly more massive for the Falcons. Not only does a Saints win all but win the South for them but it also pretty much end the Falcons playoffs hopes.

If the Saints lose they will still be in 1st place when the Falcons come to the dome in 2 weeks.

I'm not expecting anything, but it wouldn't be shocking to me. Falcons are great when they are firing..If they come out like that, I would expect the Falcons to win. Problem is, we haven't really done that much this year.

They have been very inconsistent....based on the way they have both performed this season.....1-1 seems the best case for the Falcons. No way the Saints get swept by them.

And I'm no bandwagon Saints fan, just a passionate viewer of the NFL.

Plus Lattimore may be back. It was amazing the difference in the defense last wee from the previous week once we got Crawley back. Getting our other starting CB Lattimore back can only help.
