Praising one's own players is nothing new and while a little funny it is definitely not thread-worthy when a coach calls a tight end "elite" to boost confidence or whatnot.

Things like this happen all of the time and should not be taken seriously when evaluating Frank Reich as a coach.

I think the signing is pretty decent. They didn't pay allot and he is only 24. He won't be the #1 TE for them either. The Colts needed a big receiver after letting Moncrief go.
