Quick move by you guys. I'm sort of joking about Leach but you were proactive enough in the AD search that you should be able to get whoever you want now. I assumed it would be a 6 month search for that position which would either give Riley another year or force you into a bad hire after signing day. This really helps you guys.

First, Moos is a horrible hire for a team who thinks they are a power program. Ya, he hired Leach, but he was also the guy who hired Paul Wulff.

Why do we pretend that AD's have anything to do with the hiring and firing
of football and basketball coaches at Power 5 schools?

Their sole purpose is to hire who they have been told to hire, plus make the announcement.

If folks are upset with the Softball coach you can blame it on the AD...If its Football
and Basketball...I'd call the school President and/or Board of Trustees.
