I like the idea.

I don't think challenges need to be limited to the last 2 minutes, but there does need to be a finite number. Too many games are decided before the last 2 minutes. A bad foul call on a premium player can be a lot more impactful than a single late game call.

Especially for a team like Houston. As soon as they got any offensive rhythm going, "challenge"!
