They hired him to do the initial reports - which does not surprise me - I didn't think that the NBA had suddenly announced that they was going to force the Sterling family out - unless they had the ammunition to use. Everyone that thought or still thinks any of the Sterling dogs has a chance - is delusional. They have reports from experts, they signed contracts and agreements to binding arbitration. It's the matter of going through the process properly so that there is no cause for Sterling to sue.


I have to give Shelly props though for trying to take control and act like she had a viable solution. I suspect that a lot of people bought the pile of crap she was selling
