I was kind of disappointed in how few big OOC matchups there were. I had WVU-Tennessee at #11 and Iowa-ISU at #12. Got to give credit to ND. They schedule big-named teams.

Rutgers-Kansas has all the expectations of a real classic.

Rutgers won too many games last year. They got kicked off my favorites and replaced with Illinois.

Don't be too harsh on Rutgers. Yes they won 4 games, but 3 of them were vs other Big10 teams.
The meeting with Kansas is an OOC affair. Big Difference.

Both teams combined to go 0-3 vs the MAC last year. Kansas was 0-2 but gave a star-studded
performance vs MAC Bowl Teams Ohio and Central Mich. Neither one beat them by 20. Rutgers,
lost to Eastern Michigan.

I don't think Rutgers-Kansas will be a disappointment. I probably won't be able to sleep the entire
week before that game.

btw...I have no problem with you adding Illinois to your list. They are deserving of such an honor.
