The irnoic part is that I bet if you asked 10 people who had the "better loss", Pitt losing to Iowa or Mizzou losing to Indiana 8 or 9 out of 10 would say that the Pitt loss is the better loss thus implying Iowa is better than Indiana but out of those same 10 at least 5 or 6 would have the Hoosiers ahead of the Hawks in their rankings. LOL.

I think that has a lot to do with the relative expectations for Pitt vs the expectations for Mizzou.

Of course the Pitt loss is better, it was to a team that at least expected to be decent this season. In terms of power rankings that doesn't justify ranking Iowa higher though.
