Must eat locations in Dallas/Ft Worth

Any if you guys have any must eat places in the DFW? My wife and I will be down there for 3 days in a few weeks. I’ve been to Dallas several times but never had time to just fuck around. My preliminary searches have yielded several results but I always like to get input from people who know. I know @TexasExes98 was gonna offer up some suggestions. Anyone else?

Roosters Roadhouse in Denton is probably the best in the area.

It’s a pricey night, but every time I’ve eaten at one, it has been a world class experience.

Sit at the sushi bar and ask one of the chefs to make some picks for you (not the waiter/ess).
