For whatever reason I don't think of Cobra's as muscle cars, I guess it is because they aren't pony cars.

The Chevelle is awesome, though I would go with a hard top instead of the convertible.

They aren't. You need a back seat to be a true "Muscle car". that is why teh Corvette is never listed when you see the list of "Greatest Muscle Cars of all time"

My Grandaddy had one similar to this. The 442. It was blue with the white stripes down the hood. I always loved that car , even as a kid.

Same. I've got a 25% restored stang in the garage and a 49 Ford F1 sitting at my parents land waiting for space (and cash) in my garage to get it up and running. I can't wait to finish and sell the mustang. I want that truck fixed up. Anyone can go out and get a 66 stang, 49 F1's are much harder to find.
