And Zych promptly gives it right back to the #9 hitter. Great job Tony. :L

Why the hell does this team seem to regularly go to sleep and stop paying attention to the basics of baseball 101? I mean just flat out fall asleep and give a free base away while staring off into space.

Holy shit

Why the hell do they keep swinging at these balls at their eyes?

M's must be allergic to being over .500 I guess. 0 for 4 on the year now.

Frustrating at bat by Seager. Two fast balls right up the middle. One he doesn't even swing at and the other he fouls right back. Then he chases a ball that isn't even close to the strike zone with a flailing swing of a middle school player.

Can we petition the league to bat first for the third game of this series and make it a Jays home game? They've already got the significant crowd advantage, might as well make it official.

Have the M's ever beat J.A. Happ since he moved on from the M's?

Man, M's are really teasing us with this .500 mark ... they just can't get past the hump ... Also it sure seems Toronto has the M's number... Also seeing Justin Smoak play well makes me want to vomit... Nothing against him personally, but that dude couldn't do @#$^ for us...

lol, next time they hit .500 let's give the entire team some Benadryl....
Nah, that'll just make 'em drowsy. Claritin or some kind of loratadine is the way to go...

Wait, is allergy medication allowed by the league, or does that fall under more PED limitations?

Mariners Minors‏ @MiLBMariners 40m40 minutes ago

Felix Hernandez in his 2nd rehab start: 5IP, 1H, 1R, BB, 5K, 64-39. #Rainiers #Mariners

I'd be interested to see how many full counts he went to yesterday. Only gave up the one walk and struck out five, which is great, but only 39 strikes and 25 balls isn't a great ratio. Still, the important thing is that he feels good coming off of this start and going into the next one so he can get back here without limits.

Good point. However it has become somewhat typical of Felix the last few seasons to throw tons of balls. Sometimes it feels like Felix is afraid to put one in the strike zone and relies on getting outs with pitches out of the zone.
