Well now! Seeing the box score a few innings later, looks like the batters are playing angry now. Saw what the pitcher did to blow that early lead and started to really kick into gear, did they?

Course, one can't help but wonder what was said to Gallardo after that first inning anyway.

When segura is back where do we stick gamel? I'm assuming Haniger will stay in the two hole

I was wondering the same thing. I expect that he'll drop down to 7th in the lineup, which is unfortunate, but at the same time when was the last time the M's had a batter hitting .330 at 7 because there wasn't anywhere else to put him? It's been a long time.

I do suppose it's also possible that they could put Segura 1 and Gamel 2 and drop Haniger to 6, but I don't think they would actually do that. They seem pretty set on having Segura and Haniger at the top of the order when both are healthy.

That is an insane lineup considering the production we are getting from these guys. I don't care who you put on the mound, that lineup gives us a chance. The best part, we have a true core of young guys that are club controlled for a long time. This is how championships are made, keep em' coming JeDi!
