The Broncos and Raiders are both 2-1 after looking flat in games in the Eastern time zone. I am always wary about playing a good team after a loss but the Broncos are a good team coming off a loss too. This game is going to be big!

KC until they lose a AFCW game is still king no matter the Denver / Oakland outcome.

On the road their D forces turnovers and they do not turn the ball over. Hopefully that changes this year.

I finally caught the replay on Jamal Charles' TD run against the Bills. I have to think Charles continues to get more reps. The RB situation is good - I can't wait to see Booker either.

Every week so far this year Charles has looked a little better. Seems to be trusting his knee to hold up and getting a little more decisive on where to run.

I like how we are using him - around 10 plays per game. But I would like to see him targeted a bit more in the short passing game.

Not going to make any excuses for Denver loss. Thought this would be a tough game to win anyway. Hopefully this loss knocked them back to reality and that the good teams find ways to win on road vs any team. This is the NFL and you can't take any opponent lightly or prepare any different for an 0-3 team than you would for a 3-0 team. Home field is always advantageous for every team and going there and winning is tough task. You have to win turnover battle ,field position and clock. Not easy chore. Preparing for Oakland, who will be highly motivated not just because of rivals, but because they got severely embarrassed by Washington. Denver's D needs to adjust game plan differently than they did vs Dallas and offense / defense needs to be the bully in trenches like Skins did. IMO of course

2-2 for Raider is easier to overcome with 6 of the next 8 at home and a win already over TENN who you probably will compete for a WC .

2-2 for Denver would be very hard to overcome for the AFCW with a home loss to AFCW opponent and 3 of 4 at home and losses to two AFC teams you may be fighting with for a WC.

I'd say this is a must win. 2-0 in the division would be huge to start and 3-1 seems a lot more than just a game difference from 2-2.
