With the disaster status of our offensive line McGlinchey was our only choice in your situation

at least Lamar Jackson is the fastest QB so he can perhaps attempt to run away from the oncoming defensive linemen

McGlinchey would've been an option had I traded down. I don't think he's an elite prospect necessarily, and benefited greatly from playing next to Nelson. Of course, I could be wrong and have that completely reversed. I just don't think the Bills traded their LT and the #21 to get another LT prospect.

Besides, that pick was made yesterday (before Incognito's retirement announcement).

Good point, but like what was mentioned earlier anything besides the secondary was a reach. Jaguars took Mason Rudolph with a 1st rounder so that easily takes the cake for worst QB reach.

Reading up on McGlinchey, he is a true RT. Only moved to LT in his junior year. Newhouse makes me pause with an early Tackle, I guess.
