In my 20's, could hit it 320 all day, 350-360 on occasion, hardly ever broke 90. In my early 40's, could hit it about 260-270 with an occasional 290, rarely higher than 80.
Drive for show, putt for dough...

I top out at about 240 on my driver, but more like 220 on average. I can hit my hybrid anywhere from 160-180 consistently. Irons are about 140-110. I can putt and chip decently well, but need to improve my chipping. I don't think I 3 putt on any hole last round, which I'm trying to duplicate in the future.

Typically takes me about 3 strokes to get on a par 4, then 2 putt. But I was messing up on my 3rd shot on a couple holes which messed up my score. My goal is for 1 par per round anything more than that is a win.

Finally cracked 100 in golf, with a 95. Pretty short with all of my clubs, so 90 is probably topping out for me unless I can get some distance on my clubs. I've improved though about 20 strokes already in about 10-12 rounds though.

Short game is where you'll make up the most strokes, get good on the green and inside 100 yards and you'll be in the 80's in no time...

How far do you bring the club back on your backswing? If you are hitting a driver 220 you are either 3 feet tall or you are making Paul Azinger's swing look long...

Thought for baseball, a decades draft with a couple of twists. We draft the same 24 players we always do, but you only get one position per decade, and that decade is decided by each GM.
We draft the same positions as always, but let's say my first pick is Roger Clemens. Rocket is a SP/80's, so whenever I pick my other 4 SP's, they must be from the 80's as well. So while it's an open draft, you have to understand that if 4 other GMs select 80's for their SP's, that means 25 starting pitchers from that decade, which might influence when you select them. Same thing for Relief Pitchers, wherever my first RP comes from, they all come from. Positions are one per decade, BUT, if you selected a C from the 50's, if you have a backup C, he must be 50's as well

C,1B, 2B, SS, 3B, LF, CF, RF, DH, SP, RP. DH can be a position player, but once he's designated DH, that decade is burned and he can't be switched. 5 bench players must match starters decade by position.

I'm really short. Like really short. I also have probably a shorter backswing, because I just recently changed my swing and I'm trying to go consistently straight. I changed my swing plane to a more 3/4 rather than up and down, which has helped me with more speed, but I only changed it recently, so haven't been going full throttle on it. I think once I'm able to get it more consistent I can start laying out on it a bit more and hopefully can get up to 270, with maybe 250 average. That's the goal at least.

Plus I've been watching videos on how to generate more club head speed, so I'm gonna try that out too. Swing is still a work in progress.

Ian Woosnam is a pretty short guy at 5'4 and he's done pretty damn well in his golf career...

I'm also new to golf. Only started to really pick it up about a year ago. Previous to that I played 18 holes maybe twice when I was in 8th grade. So my swing is really a work in progress. My dad plays quite often and told me to just concentrate on hitting the ball straight. So I've been really just using a 3/4 swing from the jump. When I tried to get more power and club speed, it threw me off completely and I was slicing or shanking the ball and it wasn't going anywhere.

It works out well because most of my friends are new to golf too and we're all about the same in terms of handicap. Except for one or two of my friends who are single handicaps. Two rounds ago I was 32 over on a course and my friend was 4 over. I was 4 over by the first hole.

My dad has lost like 40 yards from his drive thanks to age/shoulder surgery. Now he only out drives me by 50 yards.......but he hit the fairway WAY more often. The only part of my game that I have over him is cussing.
