NBA Partners Draft

You don't find out your partner until the end of the draft.

Everyone selects 20 players, 4 lineups of 5.

When the draft is finished we will all find out who our teammate is and you will conspire to put together your best 20.

No restrictions other than Shane...

We should only draft 15 or so if we are combining teams, then cutting.

If we are doing partners, I would do it like this. Play your own picked team I'm the play in round. In the QF round of 8, seed pairings by random draw. The four teams that win get to take their roster and the team they best, combine them, and cut down to 10. That's the one round this happens. Whoever wins gets first place money, runner up gets second money, and instead of a third place game, third place money goes to the GM who lost his roster to the champ

We do a 10 round draft.

You need to draft one player for each letter in basketball.

K- Kareem Abdul jabar
K- Jason Kidd

Both players are eligible for k. So it could be first or last name.

You are allowed to draft a player whose name doesn't start with a letter in basketball, but if you do, your next pick gets skipped and gets added to the 11th round.

All players play half the game.

I like either Nos' idea of partnering up at the end. 15 rounds but you make 4 quarter teams so you have to use 20 of 30 players total after you partner up

OR

UK's idea where we draft regular and get to steal players after the 2nd round...

I have a more conservative idea...

We have a partner for the first 5 rounds, then we break apart and both partners have the same 5 player start, and then we have a 15 round NON partner draft.... in the playoffs, you first face your partner...
