Yeah we can definitely make cap changes. You can build a decent bullpen spending $40-$50.

If we put a year restriction on this it would be very tough imo. It would take a lot of current RP options out and cheap current position player options. We will figure it out though I know some of you guys really love current guys so we can find a way around that.
