MLB Pickems

for anyone interested in the MLB Pickems again, I will be keeping track of them this year as obxyankee didn't have the time to do it. Same rules apply as last year.

Every game will be put up, and winners must be picked. The winner of the week will be the one with the most picked right. YTD results will also be tracked. Both total correct picks and correct % will be tracked. A weekly vCash amount of 1k will be given to each weekly winner. The YTD winner will be given more.

The weeks will go from Monday-Sunday. I will start putting up the games starting with opening night. Good luck to all that will participate.

I don't know how Micro will do it this year, but last year you only had to pick 1/3 of the games to qualify.

Didn't know. I thought you had to pick all which was why I ended up dropped out.

A lot of us missed a bunch of days, but still qualified. I believe the yearly was done by percentage, but the weekly was done by number of wins? Micro or OBX should be able to clarify that, though.

Pickems are set to begin tomorrow evening. I will do my best to put an entire week up at a time. If I can't, there will at least be multiple days up.

To make your picks, simply copy and paste from the picked day, bold the teams you think will win, and I'll keep a weekly and yearly tally. Or you can simply write in the teams you think will in the thread of that day. Either way is fine and just as easy to record.

Games will be picked straight up. The person that makes the most correct picks at the end of the week(Monday-Sunday) will be the weekly winner. A YTD running total of most correctly picked as well as correct percentage will also be kept. HooplaCash will be awarded to weekly winners and both yearly winners. If you fail to keep up with the pickems, you won't be in the running for percentage. You don't have to pick every game, but missing multiple weeks will put you pout of the running.
