LOL, yeah, it has nothing to do with lacking bodies and having kids out there on special teams who would NEVER see the field with a full roster.

You do realize we have 45 players? on schollie participating? We have a top 5 defense that has improved all season and gotten very valuable time for a bunch of freshman. The offense was playing short handed all year, WR with no experience and an oline that was short on talent killed them. Special teams were also HUGE disadvantage with our lack of depth and cost us several games.

We'll be fine, Joe had a losing record his first year without these disadvantages. The team, thankfully, is not as short sighted as most fans. They knew this was a very good possibilty with the circumstances we were placed in this season....as did recruits.
