Problem is, you currently make up 25% of the Miami fan base worldwide.

I think if you went to a FSU Miami game, you might be in for a wake up call. Miami-Florida is also pretty heated.

Maybe it's just me, but I view Miami fans similar to Chicago Cubs fans, there to be "cool" rather than to actually enjoy the game.

It's got a pretty diehard fanbase at it's core (hence the arrogance and hooligan behaviour at times) but most of the fanbase fall's under the "casual" definition.

USC seems to have this problem as well.
