As was stated in the prior post -- he coached for 11 years in the NFL, including being an OC. Does it help that he has a highly rated son? Sure. Being qualified isn't an issue though.

Yes, it is just a coincidence that he keeps hiring parents and coaches of recruits. What is this the fifth one now?

He is so qualified he didn't have a for 2 years and decided to coach High School. 4 different stops from 2005-2011..
