God. Madison needs to purge it's liberal ass judges and start cleaning up the damn streets. They literally refuse to hold minors in Juvi for more than 5 seconds. There's no repurcussion to being a turd in that town.

I lived and worked right near there this summer. The amount of homeless and mentally challenged people living near the Capitol is disgusting. Madison takes pride in treating the homeless well, and they get meals at the Lutheran church right there. Most of them are pretty good, but when you are giving out hundreds of free meals, you get some bad eggs.

That said, Madison is still by far the safest city i've ever lived. Living in St. Louis really makes you appreciate the ability to feel safe walking alone after dark.
