McDaniels Rejects Colts Opportunity

I am not even a Colts fan and I feel bad for these guys. Usually people talk with their current employer before they decide to leave and commit to leading another organization. He should have made an informed decision a lot sooner. To change his mind after his agreement with the Colts and after they waited for him was just wrong. There were other coaches from other teams also effected by him changing his mind.

The Colts believed in McDaniels even though he hasn't proven he could be an NFL Head Coach. He is a great OC with Tom Brady but he didn't accomplish much in Denver when given the opportunity.

I don't think he can be trusted.
