FUCK YEAH!!!! Haniger is THEE MAN-- Walk off and a sweep to boot!!

As mentioned before. It’s a huge sweep not only because of the next 2 series for the M’s but the Angels will be a direct competition for the WC spot in October. The 2 WC’s will come out of the East and West so 7.5 game cushion in June is huge.

The team is unreal! 20 games over .500, think about that for a second. JD & and Scotty have rubbed all of us the wrong way on more than one occasion, but there’s no denying that their vision has paid off. To get handed a Jack Z built team and do this in such a short time is ridiculous. Nobody is perfect, but these two need to be locked up.

Man I never thought eating crow would feel so good. That said i'm really looking forward to tomorrows game. A playoff feeling..30,000+ people at the yard..and Felix on the mound. As close to a playoff game we have had for some time.

I'm just wondering how long Servais will let Felix go before he gives him the hook. Would absolutely love to see Felix have a good outing but just don't think it will be a happening tomorrow against the Bosox.

Can't really disagree with you to be honest He is a super emotional pitcher and well....I'm praying!!

I'm sure there will still be way too many sox fans in that crowd though. Not as bad as when the blue jays are in town, but still always a shit show.

I'm not willing to even cook up the crow, more or less eat some, until I see this team hold their own against the front runners. They have 10 games starting tomorrow to do just that. I'd be happy as hell to join some of you if they prove me wrong and play competitive over that span. I'm really only thinking they win 3-4 of those 10.

You had me until you mentioned, Felix... Sad, but I have absolutely zero faith in him at this time... It's hard because I want him to do well but we all knew this day would eventually come... Felix isn't the "King" anymore... Paxson has taken his crown...

Cross country trip, Sox could be a tad sluggish. Be great to steal one tomorrow.

I hope that is the case... If Felix can get through the first two innings, he should be alright... Problem is, he hasn't been able to get through the first 2 innings w/out running up a high pitch count and allowing a larger run total than normal...

I don't know though, if fans pack the stadium I think he can pitch well. He has had two good games thus far and it has all been on adrenaline. Opening day then when he knew everyone in the world said he was done. Granted he followed it up with two horrible starts but I think he can contribute.

He and Mel need to get on the same page, and fast. Of course he has the physical ability to still do it. It's the stuff between his ears right now in question.
