I don't think Harper is necessary. Tommy Joseph has been extensively studying UZR and working on positioning himself perfectly so that he will soon be a gold glove corner outfielder.

Bottom line: We need Franco and Joseph to produce. If the Phillies can hit more Homeruns and score more
