Very excited with this move as my second undergrad was from Arkansas State. Go Red Wolves.

And yes there was such a thing as a red wolf. I think they went extinct some time ago and they are being re-introduced into that region.

NP - they actually had a decent team this year. So Malz will be inheriting a team with decent personnel for the conference they are in.

But back to the OP, yea not sure why he didn't take the Vandy job last year. Personally I think he would have been a good fit at UCLA.
