Wagner had a great season this past year but I wouldn't put him in the 99 club. Kuechley has consistently been the top ILB in football until the recent concussions started showing up. So I would still rate him higher on consistency of his career over that of Wagner.

Coming off of last season, I think Todd Gurley is worthy of a 99 rating

But if Gronk is a 99, I assume this isnt just based on last season

As usual he had his share of injuries but he also had some memorable games where he with Brady took the game over.
