If he made an "honest mistake" then he needs to pull his head out and get with the program so he doesn't run the risk of unintentionally losing the support and respect of people he may need to get in the HOF.

It won't surprise me if we get to the point where the league decides to play the anthem with the teams in the locker room. Removes both the opportunity for knuckleheads to make some sort of political statement on company time as well as the opportunity for accidental "honest mistakes" being interpreted by fans & media as intentional disrespect or apathy. I hope it doesn't come to that, but I can see it getting there.

If you want to cherry pick certain groups among the overall marchers yesterday then I'm sure you will find an equal amount of assholes within any BLM get together. But the media doesn't want to talk about them.
