He's a D minded coach who hasn't a clue about O , in a said QB driven league.

Congrats guys. Give Lovie a good GM and you'll be in the mix every year. Don't believe he does not know offense, he just did not have good O players because our GM missed year after year. Anyway congrats.

IMO, Lovie is going to be very successful in Tampa. Very good coach. He was just never given the pieces offensively in Chicago.

Surround him with good offensive minds, both in the front office and with his assistants and he's in great shape.
